Its all about being different, ain’t it? That extra something, that ‘special’-ness, that killer instinct, that cut above the rest?
Everywhere we go, we need to display our ‘special’ skills. “What is the value-add you bring to the table?” they ask, in business parlance. Everyone does the same stuff, everyone is in the same business – so why should the customer consider us? What is that value-add anyway? This is a question which we all need to simply prove by action and not words. Nobody is listening, folks………they are busy elsewhere – already engrossed in another engagement – somebody else is eating the pie while we are searching for words. It turns out to be the case of ‘losers always having excuses’.
As competition gets tougher and the market demands close in us……….we have no choice but to only get better – to become that ‘special’ chosen one. We need to give ourselves that edge in all areas (directly relevant and otherwise). It is thus unconditionally required to put lot of efforts towards getting ‘special’. Let us together shed our old selves to get far ahead of all competition by ‘adapting’ to these changing times. Lets CHANGE, folks – its time. The faster the better…………..the water is rising and the roofs are caving in. Lets CHANGE before we become obsolete – we are in the world of technology, remember?
